Abstract:
A horizontal material conveying apparatus, comprising a pair of rails (1) arranged in parallel and at an interval, a compartment (2), a plurality of cross beams (3), a plurality of pairs of lateral limiting apparatuses (5), and a plurality of pairs of roller wheels (6). Telescopic apparatuses (4) are arranged on the cross beams (3) in a length direction; each lateral limiting apparatus (5) comprises a connecting plate (51) and a positioning wheel (52); one end of the connecting plate (51) is fixed on the end portion of each telescopic apparatus (4), and the other end of the connecting plate is fixedly provided with the positioning wheel (52); the top of each roller wheel (6) is fixed on the end portion of the telescopic apparatus (4); the roller wheels (6) are supported on the tops of the rails (1); the positioning wheel (52) abuts against the inner side of each rail (1); and a distance between the roller wheels and a distance between the positioning wheels at the two ends of the same cross beam (3) can be adjusted by means of the telescopic apparatus (4). According to the conveying apparatus, the roller wheels (6) and the positioning wheels (52) are buckled on the rails, and the distance between the roller wheels and the distance between the positioning wheels can be synchronously adjusted by means of the telescopic apparatus (4), and thus, when a distance between the rails deviates or the rails locally are narrowed due to environmental space limitation, the horizontal material conveying apparatus can still stably run.
