Abstract:
A horizontal stirrer (100), comprising a main machine (101), a motor assembly (102) arranged within the main machine (101), a cup (103) arranged on the main machine (101), and a blade assembly (104) arranged within the cup (103) and driven by the motor assembly (102). The motor assembly (102) comprises a motor shaft (107) and a first clutch (108) fixed at one end of the motor shaft (107). The blade assembly (104) comprises a blade shaft (113) arranged at an angle of 0-30 degrees relative to the horizontal direction, a blade (115) fixed at a first end of the blade shaft (113), and a second clutch (123) fixed at a second end of the blade shaft (113) and engaged with the first clutch (108). The blade (115) comprises a fixed part (115a) fixed vertically on the blade shaft (113), and a stirring part (115b) extending from the end of the fixed part (115a), the stirring part (115b) being arc-shaped. When in operation, the blade stirs food up and down, being in full contact with the food, due to the motor shaft and the blade shaft being arranged at an angle of 0-30 degrees relative to the horizontal direction, thereby improving stirring efficiency. When stirring liquidy foods, the food is stirred fully, resulting in less residue and finer granularity.
