Abstract:
A horizontal tubular cyclone dust removal device, comprising a treatment box, a supporting frame fixed to a lower side face of the treatment box and an access door hinged to a front side face of the treatment box, wherein a two-way dust removal mechanism is arranged on an upper side face of the treatment box. The two-way dust removal mechanism comprises a first air inlet pipe and a second air inlet pipe; the first air inlet pipe and the second air inlet pipe are symmetrically mounted on two sides of an upper surface of the treatment box; a first fan is mounted on one side in the first air inlet pipe; a first helical blade is fixed to an inner surface of the first air inlet pipe; a second fan is mounted on one side in the second air inlet pipe; a second helical blade is fixed to an inner surface of the second air inlet pipe; a filter screen is fixed to the upper part in the treatment box; and a carrier is mounted in the treatment box on the lower side of the filter screen; the carrier has a dust removal filter bag installed; and a dust removal filter core is mounted at a lower part in the treatment box. The present utility model may increase the airflow speed and further improve the dust removal effect, is convenient to clean and is highly practical.
