Abstract:
A horizontal type receiving-while-sending ball-water separator, comprising an outer cylinder (10). The side wall of the outer cylinder is provided with a ball receiving port (11), a water outlet (12), a ball sending port (13), and a water inlet (14); a water inlet/outlet control valve (20) is connected to both the water inlet and the water outlet; the water inlet/outlet control valve comprises an inner cylinder (21) placed into the outer cylinder, and a partition plate (22) used for separating an inner cavity of the inner cylinder into a first inner cavity (2101) and a second inner cavity (2102) which are independent of each other is provided in the inner cylinder; the side wall of the portion, corresponding to the first inner cavity, of the inner cylinder is provided with two first through ports (211) which respectively correspond to the ball receiving port and the water outlet, and a ball-water separating filter net (213) is provided in the first inner cavity; the side wall of the portion, corresponding to the second inner cavity, of the inner cylinder is provided with two through ports (212) which respectively correspond to the ball sending port and the water inlet, and a ball-water separating filter net (213) is provided in the second inner cavity. The receiving-while-sending ball-water separator can implement that balls are sent and received synchronously, cleaning balls are prevented from being detained in a ball catcher ball receiving net, the ball receiving efficiency is effectively improved, the structure is simple and reliable, the machining difficulty is low, and the ball-water separator is applicable to a variety of cleaning machines for cleaning.
