Abstract:
A hose coupling 1 comprising: a nipple 3 in which a tubular section for exteriorly fitting a hose 2, an annular groove section for tip-end insertion of the hose 2, and an attachment section for a separate member are formed in that order along the hose insertion direction A; a nut 4 which has a threaded section that screws onto the outer-circumferential surface of the nipple 3 in a state in which the tip end of the hose 2 has been inserted into the annular groove section, and a thick-walled section that is formed continuous with the threaded section and is located on the outer-circumferential surface of the tubular section; and a sleeve 5 which is interposed between the tubular section and the thick-walled section, wherein the sleeve 5 has a thinned section 10 on the inner-circumferential surface thereof.
