Abstract:
A hot air roasting machine is provided with: a case; a fan unit (120) for sucking air into the case; a roasting tube with a hollow interior that has an air inflow port and a roasting chamber; a heater unit that is disposed between the air inflow port and the roasting chamber inside the roasting tube and is for heating air flowing in from the air inflow port; and a roasting tube cover (121), which covers a portion of the outer circumferential wall of the roasting tube and is disposed with a gap from a portion of the outer circumferential wall of the roasting tube. The roasting tube is formed of a material that has at least a specified thermal conductivity. Portions of the inner circumferential wall of the roasting tube cover (121) and the outer circumferential wall of the roasting tube form a gap air duct (125) for guiding air that has been sucked in by the fan unit (120) to the air inflow port of the roasting tube.
