Abstract:
A hot-blast stove heat source system used in cooperation with a grain dryer, comprising: a heat exchanger part (2), wherein the heat exchanger part (2) comprises a plurality of air pipe groups for hot air to pass through; each air pipe group comprises at least four air pipes (4), and a central pipe (6) is arranged at the middles of the four air pipes (4); a pressing block (61) is arranged at the bottom of the central pipe (6); the bottom of the pressing block (61) is provided with a pushing component (62) for pushing the pressing block (61) to move up as the temperature rises; dust scraping members (63) are arranged in inner cavities of the air pipes (4). As the temperature in the air pipe group rises, the pushing component (62) pushes the pressing block (61) to move up, so that the dust scraping members (63) sequentially scrap the inner walls of the air pipes (4) from bottom to top; after the temperature of the air pipe group decreases, the pushing component (62) stops operation and restores the original state, the pressing block (61) moves down along with the pushing component (62), and meanwhile, the dust scraping members (63) move down along with the pressing block (61), so that a dust scraping action can be completed online without manual operation, and the scraped dust enters a dust discharging pipe (3) and is discharged along with hot air in the air pipes (4).
