Abstract:
Provided is a hot compress medicament for treating cervical spondylosis. The medicament is formulated by weighing, as calculated in parts by weight, 25-30 parts of Uncaria macrophylla root, 25-30 parts of Pachysandra terminalis, 5-10 parts of each of Radix paeoniae alba, Gastrodia elata, Monkshood and Notopterygium root, 10 parts of ginger, and 10 parts of black rice. The raw materials above are extracted by using a supercritical extraction process, and the extract paste is concentrated. When in use, the paste and a tea oil in a ratio of 4:1 are mixed with an appropriate amount of water, stirred evenly into a paste, heated to 60-70 degrees, cooled to an acceptable temperature of the human body, and then applied. Compared with the prior art, said medicament is prepared by mixing, in proportion, various Chinese herbal medicines having functions of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and relieving bones and muscles. The medicines complement each other, having good curative effects on cervical spondylosis, and having no toxicity or side effects.
