Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hot-dip Al-Zn-based plated steel sheet that stably has excellent bending processing ability and corrosion resistance at a bending processed part, and a method for manufacturing the hot-dip Al-Zn-based plated steel sheet. In order to achieve said purpose, the present invention is a hot-dip Al-Zn-based plated steel sheet provided with a plating film having a compositional makeup containing 45-65 mass% of Al and 1.0-3.0 mass% of Si, the remaining portion being Zn, Fe, and unavoidable impurities, and is characterized in that the plating film has dendrites formed mainly of primary Al crystals and dendrite gaps including Al-Zn eutectic crystals, the primary Al crystals each include an α-Al phase matrix and Zn precipitates, and the Zn content in the matrix is 30 mass% or less.
