Abstract:
Provided is a material that improves menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes. An oral hot-flash ameliorant having a chlorogenic acid as an active ingredient. An oral hot-flash ameliorant having, as an active ingredient, a coffee bean extract that contains a chlorogenic acid and has a mass ratio of caffeine/chlorogenic acid of 0.015 or less.
