Abstract:
Hot melting production equipment and process for an SMT laser stencil mesh frame-mesh plate, comprising a frame (1) and lower die sets (3), and characterized in that: guide rails (2) are connected to the middle of the frame (1) by means of bolts; side walls of the lower die sets (3) are connected to bearings (4) by means of rotating shafts; the side walls of the lower die sets (3) are slidably connected to the inner side of the guide rails (2) by means of the bearings (4); there are two lower die sets (3), and the two lower die sets (3) move in union by means of a first cylinder (6); when one lower die set (3) is working, the other lower die set (3) can be subjected to material preparation; a second cylinder (8) mounted above a backing plate (7) is used to drive an upper die (11) assembly to move; a pressing plate (9) is used for mounting the upper die (11) in cooperation; a heating plate (10) mounted between the upper die (11) and the pressing plate (9) is used for heating the upper die (11), and when the upper die (11) contacts a mesh plate assembly fixed at the upper end of the lower die set (3), heating and melting a glue stick placed at the junction of a steel plate and a mesh frame to bond the steel plate to the mesh frame. By means of the modular assemblies, the mesh plate processing efficiency can be improved, the use of glue is reduced, and the odor emitted by a hot melt glue stick is less than that emitted by a glue.
