Provided is a hot-pressed member excelling in coating film adhesion and post-coating corrosion resistance when electrodeposition coating has been implemented after a zirconium-based chemical conversion treatment. The hot-pressed member according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a base steel sheet; an Fe-Zn-Al-Mg-based alloy plated layer that contains an α-Fe phase and a Γ phase and is formed on at least one side of the base steel sheet at an adherence amount per side of 40-400 g/m2; and an oxide layer that contains Zn, Al and Mg and is formed on the Fe-Zn-Al-Mg-based alloy plated layer. The hot-pressed member is further characterized in that the ratio IΓ/Iα of the intensity IΓ of the diffraction peak of the (411) surface of the Γ phase present at 41.5°≦2θ≦43.0° to the intensity Iα of the (110) surface of the α-Fe phase present at 51.0°≦2θ≦52.0°, as obtained by X-ray diffraction using Co-Kα (wavelength of 1.79021 Å) at an incident angle of 25° as the radiation source, is 0.5 or less, and the sum of the concentrations of Al and Mg in the oxide layer is 28 at.% or greater.
