Abstract:
This hot-rolled steel plate: has a prescribed chemical composition; has a metal structure having, in area%, retained austenite at less than 3.0%, ferrite at at least 15.0% to less than 60.0%, and pearlite at less than 5.0%; has, according to a gray level co-occurrence matrix method, an entropy value obtained by analyzing a SEM image of the metal structure, of 10.7% or more; an inverse differenced normalized value of at least 1.020; a cluster shade value of -8.0 × 105 - 8.0 × 105; an Mn concentration standard deviation of no more than 0.60 mass%; and a tensile strength of 980 MPa or more.
