Abstract:
A hot rolling mandrel, comprising a unit fixing support, a rotation connector (1) mounted on the unit fixing support, a hydraulic cylinder (2), a coupler (18), plungers (13), a segment (7), a spindle (10) and a hollow main shaft (4) sleeved on the spindle (10), wherein the hollow main shaft (4) is sleeved on the spindle (10), a plurality of sliding faces are evenly distributed on the surface of the spindle (10), the plungers (13) are arranged on the sliding faces, and the end of the hollow main shaft (4) away from the coupler (18) is connected to an extension shaft (8). The hot rolling mandrel further comprises a lubricating system and a cooling system, wherein the lubricating system lubricates, by means of an oil way, the position where the plungers (13) and the sliding faces are in contact with each other; the cooling system cools the hollow main shaft (4) and the segment (7) by means of a water way; and the lubricating system and the cooling system respectively supply a lubricating oil and a cooling liquid by means of the rotation connector (1) arranged at the same position. The hot rolling mandrel has the good effects of lubricating and cooling, and has an accurate calibration.
