Abstract:
This hot stamped member has a base steel sheet and an Fe-Al plating layer formed on one or both surfaces of the base steel sheet, wherein: the Fe-Al plating layer contains, in mass percentages, 64.0-99.4% of Fe, 0.5-30.0% of Al, and 0.1-6.0% of Si; where the Si content of the Fe-Al plating layer, in mass percentage, is WSi and the Al content is WAl, WSi and WAl satisfy 5×WSi ≤ WAl; the Fe-Al plating layer comprises two layers, namely, in order from the surface, an FeAl layer and an Al solid solution ferrite layer; and the thickness of the Fe-Al plating layer is 5-80 μm.
