Abstract:
The present invention provides a hot stamping component manufacturing method comprising the steps of: forming a blank by cutting a plated steel sheet having a plating layer formed on at least one surface of a base metal; and heating the blank in a heating furnace including a plurality of sections with different temperature ranges, wherein the step of heating the blank comprises: a multistage heating step of heating the blank step by step; and a soaking step of heating the multistage-heated blank at a temperature of Ac3 to 910°C, and the temperature (an) of the soaking step and the total heating time (bn) of the step of heating the blank satisfy the relation. 62 ≤ 91.81 + K - 0.022 x an - 0.23 x bn (In the relation, K is a material correction factor.)
