Abstract:
A hot swap protection circuit, comprising: a hot swap circuit (110), a hot swap detection circuit (120) and an nwell generation circuit (130), wherein, the hot swap detection circuit (120) is for detecting whether or not the hot swap circuit (110) undergoes a hot swap, and feeding back to the nwell generation circuit (130) a detection result, and the nwell generation circuit (130) is for receiving a detection result fed back by the hot swap detection circuit (120), and according to the detection result outputting a control signal for protecting the hot swap circuit (110). The hot swap protection circuit can avoid the problem of the hot swap circuit (110) causing a primary apparatus or peripheral apparatus to burn out when undergoing a hot swap.
