Abstract:
A hot-water supply nozzle used for a beverage extraction device capable of extracting a beverage by uniformly supplying hot water to solids or powders for beverage extraction. The hot-water supply nozzle comprises a plurality of hot-water spout holes formed along the outside or the bottom part inner peripheral side of the nozzle and spouting hot water, projected parts formed in the hot-water supply nozzle on the center side of the hot-water supply nozzle more than the hot-water spout holes and allowing the hot water to fall toward the hot-water spout holes, and a hot-water supply port for supplying hot water to the top part of the projected parts.
