Abstract:
Provided is a household electrical appliance configured to be capable of stably and easily measuring the weight of an object being measured, without the need for a special device. This household electrical appliance is a household electrical appliance in which, as a result of a basic operation, an upper surface portion of a main body becomes warmer than before the basic operation, and includes a weight measuring means for measuring the weight of the object being measured, which has mounted onto the upper surface portion, and outputting measurement information, and a control unit which executes a weight detecting operation to detect the weight of the object being measured, on the basis of the measurement information from the weight measuring means. The upper surface portion has a rear surface facing the interior of the main body, and the weight measuring means is installed on the rear surface of the upper surface portion.
