Abstract:
A housing of a light emission/reception device comprises a housing body (20) and a window member (30). The housing body accommodates a light-emitting unit (41) having one or more light-emitting elements, and a light-receiving unit (44) having one or more light-receiving elements. The window member blocks an opening (23) provided to the housing body, transmits emitted light that was emitted from the light-emitting unit and radiated on the exterior of the housing, and transmits incident light that arrives from the exterior of the housing and is incident on the light-receiving unit. Also, a propagation suppression unit (32) configured so as to suppress propagation of light within the window member is provided to the window member.
