The present invention relates to the field of membrane separation. Disclosed are a housing structure and a hollow fiber membrane separator. The housing structure comprises a cylindrical housing, flexible pieces circumferentially arranged at intervals are provided at both ends of a main body, and at least some of the flexible pieces are provided with a convex-concave structure. According to the housing structure of some embodiments of the present invention, by means of special structural design of the top end of the flexible piece, the contact area between the top end of the flexible piece and a potting adhesive is greatly increased, so that good adhesive hanging is achieved, thereby improving the sealing effect between a fiber bundle and the housing and reducing yield loss. According to the housing structure of some embodiments of the present invention, by providing a reasonable convex-concave structure, a product can be simply demolded, the processing is simple, and the costs are low.
