Abstract:
Disclosed is a hub device with a built-in moment sensor, the device comprising a hub (8), a central shaft (1) provided on the hub, and a planetary moment sensor (9) mounted inside the hub, wherein the planetary moment sensor comprises a sun gear (2) mounted on the central shaft, a planetary gear set (3) meshing with the sun gear, and a ring gear (4) meshing with the planetary gear set, one of the planetary gear set and the ring gear is defined as a power input component and the other as a power output component, and the sun gear is further provided with a limiting mechanism (5) for limiting the rotation of the sun gear within a certain angle and further comprises a moment signaling mechanism (6), the moment signaling mechanism cooperating with the sun gear. The hub device has the advantages of being safe and reliable, being convenient to operate, having a high detection accuracy, a compact structure, a smooth operation, and a high reliability, simplifying the structure of products, and reducing the production costs.
