Abstract:
Disclosed is a hub motor, comprising a magnet layer, a measuring system and a coil layer. The magnet layer is a motor rotor, and the coil layer is a motor stator. A coil array is arranged to form the coil layer. Coils of the coil array are arranged in a fish bone shape. The magnet layer is formed by N-pole magnets and S-pole magnets alternately arranged in a uniform and periodic manner. A Hall sensor group array is arranged to form the measurement system. In the present invention, a magnet rotor is driven to move by means of a counter-force of a Lorentz force of electrified coils in the magnetic field, and by arranging coils in a fish bone shape, the structure is more compact, centering forces may cancel out one another, and driving forces may be superimposed with one another. In the present invention, any large stroke on the rotor may be achieved without a cable and a motion platform, and a low-cost measuring system (Hall sensor array) is used to achieve positive and negative displacement measurement of the rotor.
