Abstract:
Disclosed are a humanized IL-13 antibody and a preparation method therefor. The IL-13 antibody has high affinity, inhibits the secretion of an IL-13-induced thymus activation regulated chemokine and a periostin and the expression of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1, inhibits IL-13-induced airway hyperresponsiveness in a mouse, and can be used in the preparation of a drug for preventing or treating diseases related to abnormal IL-13 expression or function.
