Abstract:
The present invention relates to a humidifying air purifier that allows contaminants to be adsorbed into a pleated filter by passing contaminated air through the pleated filter in the form of a fine net, and washes the adsorbed contaminants with water, thereby purifying air. The present invention provides a humidifying air purifier comprising: a main body including an air inlet for introducing air into an inner space and an air outlet for discharging purified air from the inner space; a water supply tank installed in the lower part of the main body and filled with water; a filter installed to be connected to the upper side of the water supply tank to purify contaminated air; and a blower installed on the upper side of the main body to flow air, wherein the filter comprises: a case that is opened with a plurality of connecting rib structures; a pleated filter installed to span an open front portion of the case to filter contaminants by absorbing water; a wick filter connected to the pleated filter and installed to transport water from the water supply tank; and a press bar installed along the edge of the pleated filter to press the pleated filter.
