Abstract:

Provided is a hybrid construction machine allowing the temperature control efficiency of an electric power storage device to be improved. The hybrid construction machine is provided with an engine (1), an assisting electrogenic motor (2) for assisting the motive power of this engine (1) and for generating electricity, and an electric power storage device (8) for transferring electric power from and to the assisting electrogenic motor (2). The electric power storage device (8) contains a plurality of battery cells (200), a housing (220) covering the plurality of battery cells (200) in a separated state, a cooling plate (203) mounted onto this housing (220) for exchanging heat with the plurality of battery cells (200), and a protrusion (214) intercalated between the housing (220) and the cooling plate (203) for preventing the transfer of heat between the housing (220) and the cooling plate (203).
