A superlens and an optical system having the superlens. The superlens (200) comprises: a substrate (1) capable of transmitting light in different wavelength bands; and multiple super-surface structural units (2) disposed on the same surface of the substrate (1), wherein the multiple super-surface structural units (2) are arranged in an array, the super-surface structural units (2) are regular hexagons and/or squares, and a center position of each super-surface structural unit (2) or a center position and vertex positions of each super-surface structural unit (2) is/are each provided with a nano-structure (21). The nano-structure (21) is axisymmetrical along a first axis and a second axis, separately, and the nano-structure (21) is divided along the first axis and the second axis to obtain multiple same nano-structure units, the first axis and the second axis are perpendicular, and the first axis and the second axis are respectively perpendicular to the height direction of the nano-structure (21); the nano-structures (21) in different positions have different optical phases at different wavelengths to define the optical phase distribution of the superlens (200) at different wavelengths. The superlens (200) is not sensitive to the polarization of incident light and can correct aberrations.
