Abstract:
A hybrid power supply system generating power using railway wagon axles, comprising a double-winding permanent magnet generator (1), a voltage conversion and power monitoring control unit (2), an energy storage unit (3) and a one-way conduction isolation member (4). The double-winding permanent magnet generator (1) is provided at an end portion of axles to convert mechanical energy into alternating current (AC) electric energy. The voltage conversion and power monitoring control unit (2) comprises an AC/direct current (DC) conversion module and a power monitoring control module, and is used for converting the AC electric energy into a DC used for a wagon electrical load or a power storage battery, and monitoring the output power of the generator (1). When the output power is greater than a load threshold, the power storage battery can be charged under control of a storage battery management module; or otherwise, the power storage battery is discharged; in addition, outputs of power supplies are isolated by means of diodes. By means of actual test, the hybrid power supply system can satisfy the power supply requirements under the working conditions of a railway wagon at different operation speeds, and the diodes are provided, so that the redundancy and reliability of a motor output are achieved.
