A hybrid power system and a hybrid vehicle with same. The hybrid power system comprises a first clutch (1), a second clutch (2), an engine (3), a first electric motor (4), a second electric motor (5) and a power output assembly (6), wherein two ends of the first clutch (1) are respectively connected to the first electric motor (4) and the engine (3); two ends of the second clutch (2) are respectively connected to the first clutch (1) and the power output assembly (6); the second electric motor (5) is connected to the power output assembly (6); and the first clutch (1) and the second clutch (2) are arranged in a radial direction of an output shaft (41) of the first electric motor (4), and the second clutch (2) is located on the side of the first clutch (1) away from the output shaft (41) of the first electric motor (4).
