A hydraulic adjusting unit, a braking system, a vehicle, a control method, a control device, and a controller, applicable in a smart vehicle, a self-driving vehicle, a new energy vehicle, or a conventional vehicle, capable of increasing the pressurization efficiency of the braking system. The hydraulic adjusting unit comprises a first hydraulic adjusting apparatus (107) having a two-way pressurization function. A first hydraulic cavity (25) of the first hydraulic adjusting apparatus (107) is in communication respectively with a third brake line (130) and a fourth brake line (140) via a first brake line (110); a second hydraulic cavity (27) is in communication respectively with the third brake line (130) and the fourth brake line (140) via a second brake line (120); moreover, a first control valve (32) and a second control valve (34) respectively are provided on the third brake line (130) and the fourth brake line (140) so as to control the connection/disconnection of the third brake line (130) and the fourth brake line (140), thus enabling the first hydraulic adjusting apparatus (107) to provide a braking force to a first set of wheels (43 an 44) or a second set of wheels (45 and 46) by means of two-way pressurization.
