Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic branch pipe forming device which can continuously and precisely form a plurality of branch pipes with respect to one target pipe. To achieve the above-described purpose, a hydraulic branch pipe forming device for forming a branch pipe in a pipe according to the present invention comprises: a base for supporting the structure of the whole device; a pipe driving unit coupled to the upper surface of the base to be capable of being transferred in the longitudinal direction, coupled to one surface of a molding pipe to rotate the same, and supporting the other surface thereof; a molding unit which has one end fixed to the upper surface of the base and has the other end extending to press a long hole formed in the pipe by hydraulic pressure inside the molding pipe, thereby forming a branch pipe; a processing unit which is fixed to one surface of the base and interlocks with the pipe driving unit to form a long hole in the molding pipe and processes the outer surface of the branch pipe; and a control unit for controlling the whole device.
