Abstract:
A hydraulic control valve, a hydraulic operating mechanism using the hydraulic control valve, and a circuit breaker. The hydraulic control valve comprises a valve body (1), which is internally provided with a valve cavity (3), and a constant high-pressure oil port (4), a control oil port (5) and a constant low-pressure oil port (6) which communicate with the valve cavity (3) are sequentially disposed on the valve body (1) along a linear direction. The hydraulic control valve is further provided with a valve core (9); a straight section of equal diameter is provided on an inner wall of the valve cavity (3) between the constant high-pressure oil port (4) and the constant low-pressure oil port (6); a sealing ring (10) is provided on at least one of the outer peripheral surface of the valve core (9) and on an inner wall of the the straight section of equal diameter, so as to achieve sliding sealing cooperation between the valve core (9) and the straight section of equal diameter. A first limit position and a second limit position are provided on a reciprocating sliding stroke of the valve core (9); when located in the first limit position, the valve core (9) is located between the constant high-pressure oil port (4) and the control oil port (5), and the constant low-pressure oil port (6) communicates with the control oil port (5); and when located in the second limit position, the valve core (9) is located between the constant low-pressure oil port (6) and the control oil port (5), and the constant high-pressure oil port (4) communicates with the control oil port (5). Requirements for the position of the valve core (9) after moving into position are not too strict, and a certain position deviation is permitted, thus reducing the difficulty of processing and assembling.
