Abstract:
A hydraulic diameter variable casing expansion method comprises: using hydraulic change
to realize the expansion head with variable diameter which is arranged at the
deformation position or fixing position of a casing; processing the expansion and
retract motions of expansion head(1) to make the inner diameter of the casing expanded
is not less than the nominal diameter. An apparatus used for the method comprises:
a downhole expansion device, a hydraulic pump(8,9) for providing the hydraulic
change, pressure-resistant tubes(41,42,43) connected on the hydraulic pump(8,9)
to deliver the liquid and a transmission device(11) for transmitting the expansion
device. The method and apparatus make the well maintenance time shorter, and
the operation easier.
