Abstract:
The present invention aims to provide an energy-saving hydraulic lift that has a much lower force required to raise and lower a loading platform and comprises: a pinning-accident prevention function whereby there is no risk of the loading platform lowering and a person becoming pinned, even if the hydraulic pressure is released; and an automatic rise function for flooding, whereby the loading platform will automatically rise and the load will be protected from immersion, even if flooding occurs and the hydraulic lift is unmanned and unpowered. The hydraulic lift is configured so as to: include a spring (2) such that a force is applied in the direction that the loading platform (1) rises; include a hydraulic cylinder (3) such that force is applied in the direction that the loading platform (1) lowers; raise the loading platform (1) when the hydraulic circuit in the hydraulic cylinder (3) opens; and operate the hydraulic cylinder (3) and lower same when lowering. The hydraulic lift is also configured such that the loading platform (1) automatically rises when there is flooding, by the action of a float valve (5) or a floating wire handle (9). In addition, the hydraulic lift is configured so as to adjust the load that the loading platform (1) can lift, by adjusting the spring load so as to reduce the difference from the loaded weight, and thereby be able to rise with just a small force.
