Abstract:
A hydraulic machine guiding structure specialized for hot-press forging, comprising a pair of frame columns (1) and a sliding block (2) disposed between the pair of frame columns (1). Tapered wedge guide rail assemblies are disposed between four corners of the sliding block (2) and the columns (1) at the two sides. Each tapered wedge guide rail assembly comprises a guide rail (3), a guide rail side wear-resistant piece (4), an adjusting seat, an adjusting block (6), a sliding block side wear-resistant piece (7), an adjusting block locking screw (8), a wedge-shaped block (9), and a wedge-shaped block locking screw (10). The guide rail (3) is disposed in such a manner that an included angle of 45° is formed between the guide rail and both longitudinal and transverse panels of the sliding block (2), so that the sliding block (2) can bear longitudinal and transverse lateral forces at the same time during movement. The requirement for working conditions of the sliding block (2) is met while the number of the guide rails (3) and the number of wear-resistant blocks thereof can be reduced.
