Abstract:
A hydraulic tension system of a direct-pulling cold/warm rolling tester, relating to the technical field of hydraulic control. The hydraulic tension system comprises a constant-pressure oil source system (45), a left tension control unit (I), a right tension control unit (II), a large-scale left tension cylinder (19.1) internally provided with a first displacement sensor (18.1), a small-scale left tension cylinder (19.2) internally provided with a second displacement sensor (18.2), a large-scale right tension cylinder (37.1) internally provided with a third displacement sensor (36.1), and a small-scale right tension cylinder (37.2) internally provided with a fourth displacement sensor (36.2). Also disclosed is a control method for hydraulic tension of a direct-pulling cold/warm rolling tester. Such a hydraulic tension system has large-scale and small-scale tension cylinders having an identical mechanical connection size and oil port size, thereby implementing convenient replacement. The control of the large-scale tension cylinders by a three-way proportional pressure reducing valve having a large flow and a large pressure regulation range ensures large-tension control requirements; and the control of low-friction-damping small-scale tension cylinders by a three-way proportional pressure reducing valve having a small flow and a small pressure regulation range facilitates implementing high-precision small-tension control.
