WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/128729
Kind Code:
A2
Abstract:
Weight Assembly is launched from launching chamber which is located at the lower part of the water tank. Weight assembly moves upwards due to buoyancy force. Once the weight assembly reached top level of water tank it is lifted from the water by Pulling Unit and arrived at the falling tower. Pulling unit also acts as connecting bridge between falling tower and water tank. Weight is dropped from the falling tower by pulling unit through iron rope which connected with main rotor shaft of generator. Now the weight assembly falls down due to gravity. Falling weight makes Kinetic Energy which is transferred to operate main generator. Once the weight fallen from the top it has also high impact force. Here big water bag is used to convert impact force to Kinetic Energy High impact force weight pushes the water bag water is compressed and flow in a tank where the second additional generator is operated water returns downwards to water bag. The weight assembly falls down and finally compress the pistons of water exhausting unit which has water from launching chamber when water comes downwards to exhausting unit it has high force due to gravity this force is also utilized to operate the third additional generator. Finally after pushing the water exhausting unit weight assembly once again comes to launching chamber through inclined rails and enters through vertical gate now the vertical gate is closed and upper horizontal gate is opened water fills in all sides of launching chamber. Now the weight assembly once again moves upwards due to buoyancy force. All the above process are continued again and again thus 3 generators generate electricity.

Water exhausting unit is newly designed with modern technique to send the low pressure water to high pressure water. This technique is explained here There is a low pressure small water tank located inside the high pressure big water tank if the entire top portion or side portion or lower portion of the small tank is opened the small tank water pressure would also be same to big water tank at this time if the compression is happened with very little force at the out side flexible small water tank wall small water tank water mixes with big water tank water Thus we can send low pressure water to very very high pressure water tank as much as we require. Water exhausting unit can be called as pressure equalizer. It is possible mixing low pressure water with high pressure water by using water exhausting unit.

Launching chamber has 1 vertical and 2 horizontal gates (top and bottom) water exhausting unit has one small gate and pulling unit stopper are functioned by electrically operated motors with Hydraulic System. These system consume very less energy than what energy is produced the maximum consumption can be 4:1 of the producing electric power which is clearly calculated and mentioned in falling object power generation capacity page. Electrically operated all system can be surely operated by mechanically with the force of falling weight. Here due to simple technology electrically operated systems are functioned. MAIN PARTS OF HBW PROCESS

Main Generator

Main generator is fixed at the top of the falling Tower. Main shaft of the generator is attached with iron rope where the weight assembly is falling down. When the weight assembly is falling down due to the gravity main shaft is rotated. Transmission unit can also be used to increase the RPM of the shaft.

Water Exhausting Unit

Launching Chamber

Lunching chamber is the lower part of water tank weight assembly is Launched in to water by Launching chamber. Launching chamber is a hollow place which has three gates one is vertical gate another two are horizontal gates all are electrically operated hydraulic gates. Main Water Tank

Water Tank is a cylindrical shaped large vertical vessel which contains water. Weight assembly is lifted to top of water tank due to buoyancy force this function is done inside the water tank. In large scale power generation process Dam, reservior, sea are utilized instead of water tank in this case water tank is not required.

Weight Assembly

Weight assembly is one of the main component of HBW process. It has compressed air filled air bag and iron weight. Both are attached to gather. The size of air bag and weight of iron are designed with the calculation of immersed water. Weight assembly can be floated with the result of low density. Sealed Hallow Tank made with floating material can also be used instead of compressed air filled air bag.

Additional generators

Three Additional generators can be operated in HBW Power Generation process. The First one is operated by impact force water from the impact water bag second generator is operated by water flow due to gravity.

Pulling Unit

The main purpose of the pulling unit is to lift the weight assembly and fall down from the falling tower weight assemblies are connected together one by one in this unit. Pulling unit is functioned by gravity force and this unit is automated controlled unit.

HYDRO BUOYANCY WEIGHT POWER GENERATION

FALLING OBJECT POWER GENERATION CAPACITY

If the immersed object has less density than the displaced fluid the buoyancy force can keep the object float.

Buoyancy Weight of displaced fluid

Immersed object weight Weight - Weight of displaced fluid Kinetic Energy J Joule Kinetic Energy ½ x m x V 2 1 Joule lkg x m

Impact force N

N

Force Mass x acceleration

For example 10000 kg mass falls from 40 meters height impact force would be

Impactforce N 56000000

N = J

56000000 Joule

Above object falls 180 times/hour which means every 30 seconds object falls.

180 x 56000000

= 10080000000 Joule

10080000000 = 2800 kwh = 2.8 Mw

10000kg mass all from 40 meter height can generate - 2.8 mw electric power.

Maximum Electric Power consumed by Hydraulic gates system and other equipments 700 kwh.

= 2800 - 700 - 2100 kwh = 2.1 Mw
