Abstract:
Provided is a feature by which energy consumption can be further suppressed when pressurizing and filling hydrogen gas into an object to be filled with hydrogen gas. A cooling circuit 302 according to one embodiment comprises: a gas-liquid separator 310 to which liquid hydrogen is transferred from a liquid hydrogen storage tank 100 and which separates hydrogen gas from the liquid hydrogen, the hydrogen gas being generated during or after the transfer; a route L2 along which hydrogen gas from the gas-liquid separator 310 is sent to a low pressure side of a hydrogen gas compressor 500; a route L3 along which hydrogen gas compressed by the hydrogen gas compressor 500 is supplied towards a hydrogen tank TNK of an object to be filled; and a heat exchanger 330 that exchanges heat between the hydrogen gas of the route L2 and the hydrogen gas of the route L3.
