Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention provides a hydrogen inhalation cosmetic method that is capable of promoting the improvement of skin condition when high-concentration hydrogen-containing gas air is habitually taken into the body through oral or nasal inhalation via natural respiration, as well as a high-concentration hydrogen inhalation device that is adapted for use in said hydrogen inhalation cosmetic method. [Solution] This hydrogen inhalation cosmetic method is capable of non-therapeutically improving skin condition through habitual oral or nasal inhalation of high-concentration hydrogen-containing gas generated by a hydrogen generation means. A high-concentration hydrogen inhalation device used in this hydrogen inhalation cosmetic method comprises: a hydrogen generation means for generating and discharging hydrogen; a hydrogen delivery means for directing high-concentration hydrogen-containing gas, obtained by mixing hydrogen discharged by the hydrogen generation means with ambient air, to the nose and mouth of a body; and an attachment for orally or nasally inhaling the high-concentration hydrogen-containing gas from the hydrogen delivery means.
