Abstract:
A hydrogen-permeable filter (1) comprises a tungsten mesh (2) that has been woven using multiple tungsten threads (10). For example, the coefficient of elongation of each of the multiple tungsten threads (10) is 5% or greater. For example, the tensile strength of each of the multiple tungsten threads (10) is 1600 MPa or greater. For example, the thread diameters of the multiple tungsten threads (10) are each 40 μm or less.
