Abstract:
A hydrogen supply combination valve having flow regulation and pressure stabilization functions, relating to the field of valves. The hydrogen supply combination valve comprises a first-stage pressure reduction valve (I), a second-stage pressure reduction and flow regulation valve (II) and a second-stage pressure reduction and regulation valve (III). The first-stage pressure reduction valve (I) achieves main throttling and pressure reduction effects, and performs first-stage pressure reduction on high-pressure hydrogen; the second-stage pressure reduction and flow regulation valve (II) can further perform second-stage pressure reduction on the hydrogen subjected to the first-stage pressure reduction, and can achieve flow regulation; and the second-stage pressure reduction and regulation valve (III) can further perform second-stage pressure reduction on the hydrogen subjected to the first-stage pressure reduction, and cushion, by continuously outputting hydrogen with stable flow and pressure, the disturbance caused to the final outlet hydrogen pressure by the second-stage pressure reduction and flow regulation valve (II) in the flow regulation process, thereby ensuring stable outlet pressure while achieving flow regulation. According to the combination valve, on the premise of achieving integration of two-stage pressure reduction and stabilization into a hydrogen combination valve, the output flow of the hydrogen supply combination valve can be regulated, and power changes of on-board hydrogen supply can be achieved.
