Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of polyether-terminated modified silicone oil, and particularly relates to a hydrogen-terminated silicone oil, a polyether-terminated modified silicone oil, preparation methods therefor, and uses thereof. The preparation method for the hydrogen-terminated silicone oil provided by the present invention comprises the following step: reacting tetramethyldisiloxane and methylcyclosiloxane in the presence of bentonite, which is modified by an acid and a titanium salt, to obtain hydrogen-terminated silicone oil. The preparation method for the hydrogen-terminated silicone oil provided by the present invention uses the bentonite modified by an acid and a titanium salt as a catalyst and uses tetramethyldisiloxane and methylcyclosiloxane as raw materials, wherein the bentonite modified by an acid and a titanium salt does not change the pH value of the system during a reaction process. Meanwhile the prepared hydrogen-terminated silicone oil has higher activities because Si-H bonds are better maintained. Therefore, during a hydrosilylation reaction as a second step, the reaction is more thorough, and an obtained product is therefore more clear and transparent and contains no by-product.
