Abstract:
A hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition obtained by blending 100 parts by weight of a hydrogenated nitrile rubber which has a bound acrylonitrile content of 31 to 50% and an iodine number of 30mg/100mg or less with 30 to 300 parts by weight of carbon black having a particle diameter of 61nm or larger and/or other filler, 0.5 to 30 parts by weight of a co-cross-linking agent consisting of a polyfunctional unsaturated compound and 1 to 10 parts by weight of an organic peroxide. The hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition exhibits excellent rollability and can be suitably used as a vulcanizable molding material for forming an excellently LLC-resistant cup gasket or bellows for the mechanical seal of a water pump.
