Abstract:
In a toilet cleaner 100, a substantially water-dispersible multi-ply base paper sheet containing pulp and a water-soluble binder is impregnated with an aqueous chemical agent, the basis weight of the multi-ply being 30-150 gsm. The toilet cleaner 100 is configured such that when an abrasion resistance test is carried out three times each in the MD direction and the CD direction using an oscillation-type rubbing fastness tester in which a PP band is used as an oscillator, and the averages of the measurement values from each of the tests are calculated, each of the average values is equal to or greater than 40 times.
