Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a hydrophilic block-modified polycaprolactone electrospun fiber and a preparation method. A PCL-b-WPU solution and a PEO solution are respectively used as a skin solution and a core solution, and by means of coaxial electrostatic spinning, a hollow fiber is prepared, the hollow fiber being a hydrophilic block modified polycaprolactone electrospun fiber. In the PCL-b-WPU solution, the solvent is CHCl3 and/or DMF, and the concentration is 15-30%. In the PEO solution, the solvent is water or CHCl3, and the concentration is 1.5-5%. The water distribution and adsorption states of a solid fiber, a non-porous hollow fiber and a porous hollow fiber are tested by means of LF-NMR, and it is found that the proportions of the bound water in said three fibers are about 14.5%, 27.5% and 31.1% respectively, and therefore that a fiber cavity and fiber wall pores can absorb bound water is proved by a modern characterization method, and the microstructures help to improve the hydrophilic properties of hydrophilic materials.
