Abstract:
Disclosed is a hydrophilic coating containing at least Si, Al, and F. When measured by glow discharge emission spectroscopic analysis in the thickness direction of the hydrophilic coating 32, the emission intensity ratio Si/Al of the Si with respect to the Al is 7.0 × 10-3 to 3.0 × 10-1, and the peak emission intensity ratio Si/F of the Si with respect to the F is 2.0 × 10-3 to 4.0 × 10-2.
