Abstract:
A hydrophilic colorant composition for a lip product and an oil-dispersed cosmetic composition for lips according to embodiments of the present invention comprise: a hydrophilic colorant; and a polyhydric alcohol solvent that dissolves the hydrophilic colorant, wherein the polyhydric alcohol solvent includes propanediol and butanediol and thus has improved characteristics in terms of dissolving and mixing the hydrophilic colorant, and volatilization of the solvent can be suppressed.
