The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a polyurethane nanofiber with improved hydrophilicity by manufacturing a polyurethane/water-soluble polymer blended nanofiber manufactured by coaxial electrospinning, and then dissolving the same in water to remove the water-soluble polymer.
