Abstract:
A hydrophobic automobile sealing strip flocking belt and a preparation method therefor. The flocking belt comprises a flocking film, a flocking glue, fibers, and a flocking coating. The flocking glue is roller coated or sprayed on the flocking film to form a flocking glue layer. The fibers are implanted on the flocking glue layer by means of high-voltage static electricity using a static electricity chamber. The flocking coating is coated or sprayed on the fibers to form a flocking coating. The flocking coating comprises a fluorosilicon-modified aqueous polyurethane resin, a polyurethane-modified acrylic emulsion, organic molybdenum, organosilicon, a curing agent, and a solvent. The preparation method accordingly comprises steps of film forming, sizing, electrostatic flocking, flocking curing, spray coating or roll coating, and coating curing. The flocking belt is installed on guide grooves of automobile glass, and can solve the issue of abnormal noise occurring during raising and lowering of automobile window glass, and the flocking coating feels soft and smooth to the hand.
