Abstract:
A hydropower station-bulkhead gate opening and closing method based on YOLO automatic recognition. The method comprises: training single gate images to establish a training set; receiving data from a main hook encoder of a portal crane, and determining a main lifting state; receiving an image from a camera on the portal crane, and preprocessing same; matching the preprocessed image with data in the training set, and calculating the degree of conformity of a feature value; and continuously observing a target and performing iteration, in view of the main lifting state and a lifting weight, determining whether a gate is lifted in or out, and updating a database in real time. A video image of a portal crane opening and closing a gate is monitored in real time on the basis of a YOLO neural network architecture, and in view of the position of the portal crane, the state of a main hook and lifting load capacity information, the model and number of the gate are automatically recognized in real time and are automatically recorded, such that an intelligent portal crane of a hydropower station operates autonomously.
